Requirements:

  • 2+ years of facility condition assessment, commercial inspection, or construction estimation experience
  • Familiarity with ASTM E2018 Standard for Property Condition Assessments
  • Working knowledge of building systems: roof, structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and envelope
  • Ability to estimate component remaining useful life and capital replacement costs
  • Strong technical writing skills for detailed FCA reports
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • CCPIA, PMP, PE, or RPA designation a plus
